Company Policy
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be secured prior to any services being performed by Touch of Excellence Event Planning and to secure rentals and/or decor services for any event date. This amount shall be subtracted from the total event planning fee. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one week prior to the scheduled event date. On condition that the event is booked less than two weeks in advance, the total event planning fee will be due in full at the time of booking. The consultant does reserve the right to charge an additional rush fee for any event booked less than twenty-one days prior to event date.
Rental Property Agreement
A deposit, in the amount of half of the rental fee amount, is required at the time of signing the rental agreement. The remaining balance will be due 24 hours prior to delivery. The deposit secures the event date and times for the client and is NON-refundable 30 days or less prior to event date. In the event cancellation occurs 30 days or less before event date, a credit will be provided for the client to use toward any service or product provided by Touch of Excellence Event Planning. For any promotional sales run by Touch of Excellence Event Planning full rental amount is due at time of booking. Renter will be held responsible for any damages to the property of Touch of Excellence Event Planning and will be billed accordingly to cover cost of damages to property.
